Controversial Montreal-based imam faces deportation Monday after efforts to get the Federal Court to intervene and stop border officials from removing him from Canada failed.

Yeah he was deported from Canada but just got picked up sneaking into the US through the leaky Mexico border.  

Now his lawyer wants to get him back into Canada because, you know, he was wrongly booted out. I can't find any current article but Lawyer Julius Grey was on Fox News indicating he wanted to get the deportation overturned in Canada.
