Out of Office AutoReply: Question Period & Craig Oliver

So when I decided to make a complaint by email to CTV, about that gas bag Oliver, I followed the CBSC guidelines 1 & 2:

Canadian Broadcast Standards Council
Conseil canadien des normes de la radiotélévision

Making a Complaint

If you see or hear something that concerns you, this is what you should do:

 1. Write down the following information.

  1. the name, date and time of the program
  2. the name or call letters of the broadcaster
  3. a short summary of what concerned you

2. Then contact the broadcaster.

Register your concerns with the broadcaster by phone, letter, fax or e-mail and you will get a response.

The email 'response' received:

Thank you for contacting CTV.

Due to a large volume of inquiries, we may not be able to respond to your message personally. However, all comments are read and forwarded to the appropriate departments on a daily basis from Monday to Friday (any inquiries received on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the following business day).
For more information regarding our programming and broadcast schedules, please visit www.ctv.ca.

Regards,
CTV Audience Relations

Attention CTV, the nice people at CBSC said I will receive a response. I want a response. It's a complaint, not an inquiry. I'm making a complaint, not sending a freaking love note!

Okay, I'll give it another few days, maybe a week, then go to the next level.

You will remember the folks at Canadian Broadcast Standards Council for the infamous 'faggot' ban.
