If you don't eat halal i guess you're not a believer:
"So eat of that meat upon which Allah's name has been mentioned, if you are believers in His verse" (Quran 6:118).

What about the other 99.25 percent of the 13,500 students? A lot of universities are going halal thanks to the efforts of the stealth jihad Muslin Students Association, a front group of the Muslim Brotherhood and connected to the Holy Land Foundation Trial. I have excerpted portions of an article about WUSt.L; it all sounds so innocuous and innocent explained by local Muslims invloved.

The population of WUStL is about 13,500 so of course there is high demand for providing Halal. Right? No. According to the MSA rep 70 to 100 'directly appealed' for the change, that is less than 0.75 of 1 percent of the student pop. source link.

... making sure it follows the need of the Muslim students,” Siddiqui said. “Dining Services tries to look for ways to serve the community in the best way possible.”
Sure, only if it furthers the Islam agenda in that community and the halal pots and grill doesn't touch the kaffir equipment.

Siddiqui most recently worked as executive director of Texas A&M Dining Services at Texas A&M University in College Station,
Siddiqui earned a bachelor's degree in hotel-motel-restaurant management from Morehead State University in 1986 and a bachelor of arts degree from Punjab University in Pakistan in 1982. While at Texas A&M, Siddiqui introduced kosher/Halal foods on campus and the use of bio fuels left over from cooking to fuel dining services delivery trucks. He also instituted a farmer's market, which sold fresh, locally grown produce at campus locations.
One of Siddiqui's first actions in his new position was the creation of a Dining Committee, made up of faculty, staff and students, to discuss how facilities and menus can best meet the needs of the campus community. Siddiqui's staffs also is planting an herb garden outside...
When he started, Siddiqui said his goal was to reconnect students with on-campus dining. He has since revamped Dining Services, hired a new executive chef and expanded the types of food available to students.
The chef, who was hired by Siddiqui and worked with him at Stanford University, said he expected the department to launch new initiatives and to follow through with many of Siddiqui's ideas.

The Ohio State University (OSU) became the latest American top university to offer Halal meat options at its campus dining halls following demands made by its Muslim Students’ Association.
This problem was the main inspiration behind Maria’s campaign platform in Spring 2010 to bring halal foods to OSU. She caught wind of Food Service Express’ media outreach via webinars and speeches at conferences that advised students on ways to approach campus administrators about providing halal options.
“Students must create the demand,” said Don Tymchuck, president of HalalHealthy.com and Med-Diet, a parent company of Food Service Express, who spoke at the Muslim Students’ Association Conference on Jan. 30 at the Ohio Union.
“Campus Dining Services will not provide alternative dining options unless that demand is expressed,” Tymchuck said. “It is my goal to prime the pump by guiding students.”
Tymchuck said there is a niche for halal. “Halal has a market. Nearly half of the colleges we surveyed had 100 or more Muslim students;
Maria said it took three meetings with the Undergraduate Student Government’s Diversity Committee supporting the Muslim Students’ Association and one meeting with the Muslim Students’ Association representing itself to convince Dining Services that halal should be offered.
Food supplier Restaurant Depot now provides meat that is halal-certified to Campus Dining Services. The issues of contaminating halal were also addressed. Halal meat ceases to be halal if contaminated by haram foods — “haram” means “forbidden” in Arabic.
Zia Ahmed said measures were taken to educate chefs about halal and that one side of the grill is used specially to cook halal burgers or halal hot dogs.
