I do not know the date Count Iggy spoke these words but I do know he is again trying to be Prime Minister of Canada. IMO his only loyalty is to himself and his born heritage of Royalty that he feels is his right. (ed.)

Michael Ignatieff Declares Allegiance to the USA Constitution, its "Founding Fathers"and its "way of life" in his recent speech to Young Americans.
