Student group says minorities targeted for academic fraud
Arabs, blacks, Asians most often accused at U of O: report

Disproportionate numbers of visible minority students are being accused of academic fraud, says the University of Ottawa's student-run Student Appeal Centre.
Of the 388 students who consulted with the appeals centre in the past year, 45 per cent were visible minorities, according to a report released yesterday. Of the 48 students who consulted about academic fraud, 71 per cent were visible minorities.
"Arab, black and Asian men and women -- these are the students that most often get accused of academic fraud," says the report. "This systemic racism at the University of Ottawa must stop."

Get ready for more cultural relativism, moral squishiness and multi-cult media words. Oh, and probably changes to university policy because 'we' need more inclusion.
What about students that do not plagiarize? Oh, just discount their efforts.
