Google Spreadsheets

Google is going to cause some problems to Microsoft, the producer of Excel, by

• Google Spreadsheets.

It's a very minimalist approach to spreadsheets. You may also argue that Microsoft also produces Microsoft Word. What is Google's answer to the word editor?

It may be more accurate to say that it is a simplified counterpart of Wordpad but it could become a replacement of Word in the future.
